Service from rep was excellent. However, the product quality of the regular cover for Garage in a box is terrible. On my fourth cover and the last one only lasted 14 months or so, maybe less. The sun seems to eat it, then is splits, tears and blows away. My 5 stars is for the gret service from rep. Qualirt would be 0.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback on our service. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancy, which might better suit your needs. If you wish to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to call us at 1-800-560-8383. Thank you for choosing ShelterLogic!

it helps that Sojag is a good product. My only beef is that you wouldn't honor/match the lower price online. Now I have to wait until stock comes in for 2026 and like everything else prices will jump. The product is great so here's hoping.

Hi Neil, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’re pleased with the quality of the Sojag product, that truly means a lot to us. We understand your frustration regarding the pricing and the difficulty of matching a lower online price, as well as the disappointment of having to wait for restock. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. While pricing and availability can sometimes be influenced by factors beyond our control, your comments are valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue to review our policies and improve the customer experience. Thank you again for your patience and for choosing Sojag. We’re hopeful that once your structure is available, it will meet and possibly exceed your expectations. Best The Sojag Team!
