it helps that Sojag is a good product. My only beef is that you wouldn't honor/match the lower price online. Now I have to wait until stock comes in for 2026 and like everything else prices will jump. The product is great so here's hoping.

Service was excellent and did his best to answer all my questions. The only negative was the cost. I thought with this brand being discontinued at costco that it would have been a better deal.

I was disappointed to have my shelter tarp tear at seam after only a few months, but it was quickly resolved. I'm not looking forward to putting another tarp on, but I am glad it is being replaced. Your staff was polite and helpful.

Pros: Customer support was great! Readily helped with questions regarding instructions and getting correct floor kit. Cons: Directions were hard to interpret in some areas, especially which pilot holes to use for connecting pieces, specifically in framing above door. Also, some painted part numbers were smeared or difficult to find. Eventually, we were able to locate all the pieces. Despite making sure things were square, had an alignment problem (about 1/2 inch) on left front which we believe was a result of missing pilot hole in framing above door.

Service was very prompt with response. Placing the order was quick and operator was very cordial.

We recently bought a garage shelter in September/2025. Had it up for not even 3 months and canopy all ripped in half. I contacted them and they would not replace the canopy! No hurricane happened here and they said due to weather conditions they would not cover warranty? Never again will I buy from them as paid over $540.00 and discourage others as well. Would put the pictures of the damage but doesn’t allow me this option. But I did send photos to the company as they say it has a 1 year warranty but they don’t stand behind it. Today is January 19/2026 and I called weeks ago as supposedly customer satisfaction is important to this company? Still no call back as I was told a supervisor would call me? If I could give no stars I would. Today is January 20/2026 finally got a email that they will replace cover and ends free of charge. Now this is customer satisfaction. Thank-you! Shelter Logic.

4-Star Review: Wonderful Customer Support Experience with Kim Nelson I recently ordered a ShelterLogic pavilion/garage that I plan to use as a photo studio set for my work as a professional Santa Claus portrayal artist. I'm always on the lookout for ways to elevate the experience for the families I work with, and this pavilion will be a perfect backdrop for creating a winter wonderland of Christmas magic this holiday season. While assembling the pavilion, I discovered a missing piece. I placed an order for the part on Wednesday the 16th, but a week later—on Wednesday the 23rd—I still hadn't received any email or notification regarding the shipment. Concerned, I called customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim Nelson. Kim was absolutely a joy to work with. She was kind, professional, and truly helpful. She apologized sincerely for the delay and immediately took action to get the part shipped out. She even emailed me while I was still on the phone to confirm everything. It was a refreshing experience to be treated with such care and efficiency. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is due to the initial delay in processing and shipping the missing part. However, Kim’s excellent service certainly helped turn the situation around. ShelterLogic is lucky to have her on their team!

I had a very disturbing situation, it was handled to my complete satisfaction given the parameters. I will say though the number of tube's that required removal of burrs on the inside was very frustrating. If the cost of removal is too expensive, at least point out the possibility and include a deburring tool.
