Namco PoolsReviews of namcopool.com

We had visited the Auburn, MA store multiple times since May, asking many questions and always had our questions about pools and installation answered by Mike. His willingness to educate us about each pool type, salt/chlorine was incredible, his knowledge and patience was very much appreciated. Over the weekend of August 8th we finally made our purchase, and Mike was extremely helpful and made our purchase go very smoothly. We would highly recommend Mike at Namco in Auburn, MA for anyone looking to purchase a pool.

Just after we headed into February of this year, I noticed I had a serious problem with the new pool I bought from Namco. The liner had separated at the base, causing a loss of all the water in the pool. I contacted Namco representative Lynne, and together we began to tackle the problem. As the spring progressed we were able to verify the liner had a problem. The Namco team then directed me how to proceed, and by the time all the snow had melted, I was on the schedule for repair and liner replacement. In late may, the repair team was on scene. They quickly and efficiently replaced the liner which Swimline and Namco fully stood behind. This is a rare condition these days. The pool is now fully functional and repaired with a superior liner than what was there originally. This in my opinion is what any pool company should be like, the strive for excellence. My sincere thanks and appreciation go out to Namco and all their staff as I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

I purchased a waterways filter and the same thing happened as last time the hard pipe provided by the manufacturer is bigger than the adapter going into the filter head and shots water out no matter how many clamps you use. Absolutely pathetic this hasn't been corrected its a known issue !! Taking all the time setting things up and then dealing with this in the end is so frustrating and easily avoidable if the company cares about making a good product and Namco selling a good product.

We had the pleasure to meet Andrew Fortin when we visited the Salem NH store. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He took the time (and patience) to answer all of our questions and show us the differences and features of the products and services we were interested in. He went above and beyond to to help us and make sure we understood, and were satisfied our concerns were answered, so we could make a well informed decision. I would highly recommend the Salem store and tell you to definitely ask for Andrew! Lisa T.

I purchased a Synergy Aluminum pool in 2018 based on the claim of a 30-year guarantee. Unfortunately, by year 7, the base of the pool wall is already rotting. The proposed warranty “coverage” only offers 50% toward a replacement wall, while I’m still responsible for shipping and tariff costs. Very disappointing for a product marketed for long-term durability and backed by a so-called guarantee. To make matters worse, I had to reinforce the base from the inside just to maintain the integrity of the pool. This is not the level of quality or support we expected from a premium product.

Lynne and Karen the senior operations manager and customer service rep were FANTASTIC! I had a terrible in store experience and they were able to take care of me and were so sweet and helpful. I appreciate it so much

Karen Sievel was so wonderful we had an issue time wish with the delivery of the pool and she worked extremely hard to resolve the problem she should be considered a excellent asset to your company I cant say enough about her professional and kindness

I needed a replacement pool, and put out a Facebook post in the Nashua Reaidents page for any recommendations. Andrew Fortin at Namco Pools was recommended and he reached out to me immediately. He walked me through the entire process, laid out all the options for me, and answered all my questions (which were many and often). He was professional and helpful from start to finish.
