Covers don't last a Wisconsin winter. Used to offer Fabric upgrades, not now. Went from 400 to 7 this year with only a one year warranty. Started to degrade just before a year old

I've asked the same couple of basic questions for 2 emails and they have not been answered and this is not acceptable. This doesn't give me confidence in the company.

Bought the ShelterLogic - ShelterTube 12x20x11 Garage in 2021. Was attracted by 2" square-tube framing, plus the Wind & Snow load rating (80MPH/43PSF). The frame has been true to its marketing - very solid, no rust, anchors well. The 9oz Poly cover is a joke. It became brittle/frayed within 24 months and was destroyed by 50mph gusts just after the 3yr warranty period. Be warned that a replacement cover can cost as much as the new kit ( that includes the frame). ShelterLogic is slow to respond and requires 3-4wks to manufacture replacements, leaving my garage contents exposed. Will not buy again.

I purchased the 10 x 10 shed in a box in February of 2022. Due to cold weather I didn't get it erected until late March of 2022. Shed looked fine and held up great in the late snow and the wind. By mid winter of 2022 one panel on the roof became worn and thin letting rain come through onto my side by side. I contacted Shelter Logic and filed a warranty claim as instructed. A replacement was sent in February of 2023 and I removed the old cover and replaced it with the new one. By December of 2023, again, one panel on the roof was worn and thin just like the original and this time a tear was noticed on one corner. I contacted Shelter Logic again and was told that I could buy a replacement cover but that the warranty was only good for one replacement. Sorry, but I can't spend money for a replacement cover every year so I'll try to find a better product that will hold up as advertised. Update: It's a shame that the original order didn't state that this was a lighter grade material. And, again, why is it the same panel that wears each time. Nine to ten months is not very long for the price paid. If you intend to purchase this product do a little investigating on the product and durability.

I purchased a 13x20x12 garage in a box for storage about 10 years ago. It worked great until a big limb crashed into it… tried patching but never the same… so took it down and saved all the parts (even the bent ones) with the notion that one day i’d have a new purpose for the frame. Well, my wife came to the rescue and ask if I could build her a greenhouse. It turns out the Shelter Logic sells the greenhouse cover for the frame I have. Voila, spoke to Bill in sells, he was able to get all the parts needed to covert this old beat up frame to the greenhouse version. Happy Wife, Happy Life, thanks Bill! I spoke to soon…. still have not received all of the order. Turns out that Fedx is delaying delivery almost a week stating something about local restrictions…. no one seems to know what that means… The ironic thing is I did receive the larger package in the order, Shelter Logic support can’t provide any answers for why Fedx is dropping the ball (again they are terrible here) soooo, wife not so happy now!

Very disappointed at this point I have still not heard back from anyone in regards to this. We are very upset with the quality of it so far. The gazebo itself is wonderful, pretty good quality so far. I can't say the same for the ripped up cover. It says it's made of 200 oz tarp, which I suppose it's thick, but NOT thick enough for $330 and our winters. Does this mean that I have to pay $330 every winter to get a new tarp since mine will be destroyed??? I don't know. Seems wasteful.
