Stay away from the Shelterlogic 'garage in a box' product. The frame is ok, but the tarp is pure rubbish. I had to buy two tarps within a period of less than 3 years. Customer service rejected my warranty request. Their feedback was : '….this is our standard temporary fabric with a limited 1 year warranty' So the tarp that comes with the shelter in the box is 'temporary' This is nowhere mentioned, misleading you as a customer. In this way Shelterlogic tries to stay competitive from a pricing perspective. Buy another product is my advice. Update 30.07.2025 : Shelterlogic reviewed my warranty request and decided to honor it and they did send me a new basic tarp.

The customer service over the phone was excellent. What I really dislike is the fact that after all the years you have been in business there is still no Shelterlogic office or warehouse in Canada stocked with products you sell. I thought you had one here with the .ca on your website . Delivery time is less than a week within Canada. It will be over 3 weeks since I ordered it to when it is expected here next week. Not happy!

I recently received my 12x7x24 carport and the only issue I have is that I didn't receive all the roofing panels I received just enough to cover 9ft of the 24 ft needed

We purchased the Sojag Melville 10' x 12' gazebo from ShelterLogic. We were very pleased with the product and found an informational video online that showed how to install the various components for the unit. When we got to the final stage of installing the roof, the panels on the short side (10 foot side) fit fine but on the 12' side - only half the panels fit correctly with the others not lining up with the channels they were designed to fit into. I called the help line on Wednesday and spoke to a very nice lady (Lee Anne) regarding our issue. I emailed pictures of what the issue was and she said she would contact a Sojag tech person for a solution. We had not heard anything by Friday so I called again and spoke to the help desk (Lee Anne again) and she said she would contact Sojag again to get the issue resolved. We still did not receive a response by Saturday so we ended up hiring a carpenter to come and assist with the issue to have the panels line up correctly as adjustments were required. On Monday we received an email back from Lee Anne. The "solution" suggested in the email was not what was wrong in our case and would not have fixed our issue. I feel your toll free help desk should connect you to someone that has actually worked on (installed) the product instead of someone that will speak to someone and then get back to you. I feel that if I could have spoken to a technician myself, we could have resolved the issue and I would not have had to pay out of pocket to have someone come and assist with the install. A toll free line is only helpful if you can speak to someone familiar with the installation process so I believe this an issue that needs to be addressed for future customers. Thank you
