Since I had questions, after looking at the website, I was most happy to receive a quick response with answers to my questions. This specific company that produces & sells portable lawn greenhouses seems quite reliable and conscientious in working with potential customers.

I was having challenges on the website locating the replacement covers that I needed. Lee Ann in customer service was amazing. She located the items and was able to get the items that were unavailable made for us. She took the stress out of the experience and made the process very easy. Thank you Lee Ann!!! You made my day!

I needed a replacement wheel because the cotter pin would not lock so the wheel would not stay on my beach cart. I received a speedy response and was notified that an order had been placed for the wheel. I soon received a notice from UPS that my package was on the way to me. I am so thankful for Lynn’s professional support.

Laura Miller was very helpful in getting parts sent out after realizing a person who had been hired to put the shed together disappeared after leaving part of the doors unfinished. Thank you.

Kim Nelson made ordering simple and with joy of laughter to make a great day Thank you

Arelis helped me order a replacement canopy on the chat. Very helpful and quick. The entire exchange was less than 10 minutes. Thanks.

I appreciated the quick return email by representative Lynn McCann to my parts request. Her reply was very detailed with parts needed that matched my manual information and gave a detailed break down of cost for each part with a total. Also outlined next step to proceed with order. She was very friendly on the follow up phone call l made to complete my order and she offered additional advice on installation. Great service!

Lee Ann was professional and helpful. She handled my concerns with great care and helped to find a resolution to my problem when the retailer would not. Lee Ann is what customer care is all about. As consumers when you feel like someone is actually listening and trying to be helpful that means ad much as solving the actual problem! She should be training others on what customer care means! Thank you for her and standing behind your product! This turned my experience with the greenhouse I purchased from a negative to a positive! I would purchase again just because I know the after care is amazing!
