Laura Miller was awesome. She made getting replacement parts extremely easy. I had an accident while building my shed, no thanks to the kids or dogs (no one will confess and the dogs can't talk). Laura M. simply apologize for my mistake and sent out what I needed to finish my build. Thanks Laura...I will be sure to be more careful with my hardware. Thanks again you were great!
