We’re missing some screws with our 12 x 24 garage shelter. I emailed and received a reply from Laura Miller. They were sending the replacement screws to us so happy they responded quickly and we can complete the building. Thank you.

Very pleased with the response time from your representative Lynn McCann. She responded to me and resolved the inquiry I had very positively. Great customer service! Tom

My Arrow shed was damaged by a contractor removing a tree from our property. I sent an email and within 30 minutes had a response from Laura Miller letting me know what I needed to do to order replacement parts and how much it would cost. If only all customer service was this prompt and professional!

I had a question about anchoring my Arrow shed so I went to there website and sent a email, not knowing if I would get a response or how long it would take them to respond. Surprisingly I got a response in just within the first hour or two from Laura Miller and was very helpful and professional, thanks.....

I purchased Arrow 20 x 20 carport w/2' leg extensions + enclosure + Highwind auxiliary anchor kit. I live in Leadville. Customer service has been fantastic since day one. Odd issues have been handled without delay. I could not ask for better customer service, and my CSR Patsy P. was fantastic!

I have had the shed for 7 years. One anchor leg rusted out. They replaced it at no charge. What great customer support Definitely recommend shelter logic.

I had an issue with my shelter cover. I spoke with Kim Nelson at customer service. She was the bomb. She addressed my concern and fixed my issue. It seem as though not may companies care about customer service anymore, and they can really care less about sourcing that customer service in the US. Shelterlogic and Kim were the best.

Ordered parts and was done very efficiently and cost more than reasonable.
