I wanted II wanted to order a custom shelter but the Canadian website showed there was no stock while the American website showed that there was stock. I sent an email to the company asking when material would be available for a shipment to Canada. Within a-day I received a reply and I was able to purchase the shelter I wanted through a combination of emails and phone calls with the customer service representative. Very helpful person and very friendly. Great experience overall.

Linda Kusy was great to speak with. I have lost my instructions on putting up my 12x20x8 garage in a box. Couldn't find pdf online. Called the number on box and had a manual 5 minutes later. Only had to press 1 for English and I actually got to speak to a human.

We bought a Shelterlogic replacement cover kit on March 10, 2023 and put it up recently. Today when I unzipped the door I noticed that the stitching on the zipper was coming apart on the door panel. So when I called and spoke to Bill Huff and explained what happened and asked how I could I fix it he was very quick to come up with a solution. I sent him pictures and proof of purchase like he asked and we should receive a replacement door panel. Thank you very much Bill. Oh and by the way it is very nice to speak with an actual person
