I went both ways since I started after hours. I went with the email option with a 24 hour response and Lynn McCann answered the next day. I also did the Live Chat during normal hours and got Arelis. They both knew what I needed (replace canopy for a 10x20 structure) and I ordered with no issues. I want to thank them both as they are both professionals and knew your products well. I recently contacted ShelterLogic regarding damage we sustained to the roof of our Sojag Gazebo. I spoke to Danny and explained, although the current roof is made of plexiglass panels, I was hoping they might have a replacement roof that is metal which would withstand future storm damage. Danny was wonderful and was able to suggest aluminum panels that are part of a different style of gazebo but should fit in the roof of our gazebo. I am so excited about receiving the new roof panels and hopefully not having to replace the gazebo roof for many more years. Thank you very much Danny!!

I recently bought an outdoor shed from Arrow. I reported missing parts on Aug 19 (a Saturday) and received an email from Laura Miller, Customer Service Rep on the following Wednesday. She was most apologetic and advised that she was sending out the "missing" parts. However, I had gone over the parts more thoroughly and found that I had been mistaken and everything was in the box as it should be. I sent Laura another email saying I have all I should have and she was able to cancel her order immediately, so the extra parts would not go to waste. Again, Laura was most gracious about MY mistake and I applaud her level of superior customer service. I hope she is rewarded appropriately.

Bill Huff was informative friendly and quick to answer all my questions. And he made certain that I knew of other options to fit my desires. He is an excellent representative of the company and a man.
