It went together fine and it held up to 60+ mph winds. If you buy the 7.5 oz cover, be prepared to replace the cover every year. It stands up to the rain, snow, and wind, but the sun dries it and it stretches over the poles and tears at the seams. After the 4th time, I'm done, I'm tearing it down. Mine is 14' x 32' x 12', so the next option (14.5 oz) is $2,100 vs $400 for the 7.5 oz that only lasts a year. No thanks. I can buy a new pontoon cover for $200 every year for 10 years and be money ahead. I LOVED having the shelter, but I'm tired of replacing the cover. If anyone needs 14' x 12' endcaps (zippered and nonzippered), I'll sell cheap ($100 + actual shipping cost only). I have a couple of each. Never been used. gened999 at hotmail.com

I purchased a 13x20x12 garage in a box for storage about 10 years ago. It worked great until a big limb crashed into it… tried patching but never the same… so took it down and saved all the parts (even the bent ones) with the notion that one day i’d have a new purpose for the frame. Well, my wife came to the rescue and ask if I could build her a greenhouse. It turns out the Shelter Logic sells the greenhouse cover for the frame I have. Voila, spoke to Bill in sells, he was able to get all the parts needed to covert this old beat up frame to the greenhouse version. Happy Wife, Happy Life, thanks Bill! I spoke to soon…. still have not received all of the order. Turns out that Fedx is delaying delivery almost a week stating something about local restrictions…. no one seems to know what that means… The ironic thing is I did receive the larger package in the order, Shelter Logic support can’t provide any answers for why Fedx is dropping the ball (again they are terrible here) soooo, wife not so happy now!

UPDATED 08/08/2023: My advice, don't waste your money! There is much I could say that could be improved but I will stick to the high points. I have assembled many items and designed and build many of my own. I have a better than average mechanical aptitude. The directions are terrible! One major issue is the spec for the overall width at the openings is much wider than what is called out on their own advertisement. The quality of the frame is substandard to say the very least. The holes punched in the tubes are full of burrs so they will not go together without a great deal of hand filing first. Some of the holes are not properly indexed/clocked on the tubes to the degree I had to drill 4 new holes to get a bolt through. The tubing for the frame is not bent correctly. Because of the poor hole indexing/ clocking, and improperly bent tubes, all of the arch assemblies are not aligned well. As a result, when the frame once assembled it is not symmetrical and is a giant spring. This required fabrication of two wooden fixtures to hold the ends open to 13'2" (specified in the instructions) and driving stakes into the ground and applying ratchet straps to the frame in order to square the frame and anchor it. The spec online is a different dimension all together. None the less, the frame is still a giant spring because the tubing is incorrectly bent. The triangular feet at the ends of the other arche ends are inconstantly indexed in the same position relative to the cross bolt that holds them to the upper tubes. That said, the anchor holes in them are oriented/ clocked in whatever direction they end up making anchoring inside the shelter very difficult to impossible in some cases. We can't finish assembling it with the cover because the frame is disaster. Anthony was as helpful as he could be. Shelter Logic sent a replacement garage kit and it has the same problem as the first one, a frame with improperly bent tubing. Tractor Supply won't refund our money because it is past 30 days since we purchased it. So, we are screwed out of a large sum of money with a defective, unusable garage enclosure. My advise, RUN from Shelter Logic and DON'T BUY ONE!!!

I contacted ShelterLogic through live chat to see if they had any Sojag curtain hooks for my Mykonos gazebo. I have been searching for over 2 years and no retail store that sold Sojags ever had them. I chatted with Arelis, who was extremely kind and helpful and was able to place my order for the hooks. I suggested that ShelterLogic work out a way so that when customers are using Google to find these hooks, that there is a link to their website to order them. No one else has them except for a company in Cyprus, with a 6-8 week wait and more expensive, so hoping all Sojag customers can soon source their curtain hooks directly from ShelterLogic. Thanks again to Arelis for outstanding customer service!

I contacted shelter logic to find out if there was a way to order a part for my 8x8 shed as I lost it in the move and still wanted to use the shed. They are sending it to me. There team has had great communication with me.
