I called for a replacement cover and Lee Ann Customer Service Representative was awesome. So very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no worries about what I would receive. I order in April and it came very quickly. I meant to complete this review in May but things got in the way. But she was so great at service I wanted to make sure I did this.

I spoke with Martine. Not only was she professional and cordial, she was knowledgeable and willing to assist without sounding put out by my request. I sent her the information she requested and her response was quick and exactly what I needed. I was thoroughly impressed. It is not often you speak with someone with such good phone skills but also someone who is ready and willing to help... and actually does it! Good work. No problem on my part to recommend others to your products and site. Dan

We purchased a ShelterLogic tent in November to serve as a garage for a new car. Set-up was quite un-user-friendly, but we got it up. For a month it stayed up, and then a couple days ago, it got pretty windy here (peaking at 45 mph). One of the metal poles BENT in the wind, and the whole structure failed, caving in and scratching up the new car. We took the tent down and won't ever be using it again. Did not protect car as we thought it would. ***UPDATE (1/4/23)***: ShelterLogic did not provide a refund (only offering a 30% discount on a future purchase (which I won't use)), saying the incident was due to acts of nature. If they use "shelter" in their name, one would think that the structure is meant to offer some protection. It does not. ShelterLogic offers neither shelter NOR logic. If whoever is reading this review is considering getting a ShelterLogic tent, I would recommend NOT getting one. Save your $300 or spent it on a different company.

what made my experience great: two names one name is bill huff, he was easy to talk to over the phone with the problem i was having with the 21oz cover i bought for my 12x20x8 garage in a box. you never know how a company's personal will react when you have a problem, bill's professionalism was outstanding in every way. a while later after some e mails, he called me personally on the phone, explained how he was going to help, which in todays world getting a phone call is uncommon. being a older guy 63 and spending many years in retail, winning many awards for customer service and sales, it was nice to be on the receiving end of what i call top customer service from bill huff. give that man a raise. 2nd name, when i called and placed the order i talked to a woman, sorry i do not know her name, she was very phone friendly and we had some funny moments with laughter, which made my order a delightful experience. tom ecclestone

Bought a shelter logic cover 2 months ago and everytime it rains it leaks. Unreal.
