Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

Fast, economic, and great selection. Customer service is a gem too!! Great company!

Shipping was quick! Three of the bottles that I ordered leaked during shipment. They immediately replaced those. Excellent customer service!!!!

Sample bottles broke. One fragrance was leaking on delivery . The sample vials have a little nozzle to mist the cologne and they all fall out when you use the sample. You probably do better getting a sample at a department store or somewhere else with better vials. I learned my lesson. There are just better options and it is just .1 ml but it's just sending your money to a company that doesn't care if their hardware even works.

Fast shipping a great customer service! One of the vials leaked during shipping, I sent them an email and within and couple of hours the fixed the issue and had another one sent to me.

I placed an order and shipping was incredibly fast! I received my package with about 12 samples and am now in the process of placing my second. Small issue with a shipping error on my side, and their customer service department solved that instantly. Everything was labeled nicely.

I've been going through the process of finding a signature scent. For the most part, Scent Decant had all scents that I wanted to try and at both the lowest prices and volumes (which for me is good since I'm just trying these scents out, and the cost of buying a lot of samples can add up). While there has been one or two scents that I wanted and they don't have yet, I have been able to find just about everything. Finally, last week they happened to send me an incorrect one, and when I mentioned it to them they sent the correct one to me right away. No fuss. Great company.

Ordered a few fragrances from them and they came in the mail recently, loved them. Upon receiving the package I noticed a leak due to the way it was handled in transportation unfortunately. I sent an email and they immediately took action and sent out a replacement. I can vouch for their excellent product as well as responsive customer service, highly recommend to anyone looking for quality fragrance decants.

Super sweet and nice customer service! The perfumes I got smelled amazing. One got messed up but they are sending me another one free of charge. 10/10 legit website will buy from again
