I ordered a sample from scent decant. My package was lost in transit and when I sent an email to customer service I had a very fast response. They also are sending me out the same scent in the same day. I appreciate the fast and thorough customer service :)

I have ordered several times with no issues, samples have come in a timely fashion and always packaged well. Quality has been just as I would expect. The last order I placed when I received the spray would not work despite my trying several times. I contacted customer service for a replacement and without hesitation a new sample was shipped at no cost to me. This is the kind of customer service that you no longer see and I just have to share. Because of this I will continue to use Scent Decant now and in the future.

Firstly, so thankful this service exists. My son is starting to wear cologne, so we went to the store to test some, but they keep them all locked up these days with no testers available. Thankfully with Scent Decant, I was able to buy samples of the exact fragrances we were interested in. Shipping was super fast. And while one of the vials arrived broken, they issued me a replacement immediately after I notified them. Great customer service!

What matter most to me is the honesty and integrity of this company. Customer service was hassle free and quick to respond. Shipment/delivery was fast. They offer many selections of sample size fragrances. Travel sizes come with a cute little baggy. Will definitely be ordering from Scent Decant again soon!
