Completely messed up my sample by sending me the wrong one after waiting close to a month for it. Ok, went through Customer Support and they said they would send out another one, perfect. Forward a week and a half and the package arrived but shipping on the package they sent out wasn't paid so I would've had to spend close to what i paid for the sample to get the package they messed up. Completely unbelievable 🤦‍♂️

If I could give this scam company no stars, I would. I placed an order on Sept 23, 2026 and as of today, Oct 5, 2026 I have not received anything. They send me an email that the item would be delivered Oct 1, 2026. When I didnt receive anything, I emailed them and they sent me some weird delivery report saying it had been lost in transit - which after reading many reviews seems to be a common occurance with this shady company. Then I receive a second email saying it was shipped. I have repeatedly requested a USPS tracking number which they refuse to provide. I am being gas lighted by the customer service rep, who sends me the same link over and over, which does not contain any tracking info. Never trust a company with a "no refunds" policy. I am absolutely livid and will be charging back with my bank. Don't waste your time or money with ScentDecant. Their 5 star reviews are fake, just like their products and service.

i ordered rouge 540 by baccarat paid almost fifty dollars for a medium size sample size/travel size when it arrived it smells nothing at all like the real fragrance.i reached out in a email I was told it's authentic.ir was absolutely not I'm a 66 year old women.who would never lie.i told scent decant to send me a sample so I can see if they just made a mistake.she told me she cannot do that.i was going to let it go but throwing away fifty dollars for toilet water I'm very angry.for being lied to because I have had samples of the real fragrance....after u sprayed it u could not even smell it at all.plus it did not even come close to the smell.i just want the consumer to know to be very leary of this company....I'm believe in great customer service.im in the business of always making things right... this is a Big Big rip off.not to even try to make things right is a very bad business.no good ethics.i will be reporting scent decant to the better business bureau... .

I ordered 7 sample vials of different fragrances and the scent doesn't last long. 3 hours tops. I will never buy from this company again. They offered to resend me another order and I don't want them.

Never received my order. Contacted customer service multiple times and never received a response.

Buyer Beware: I purchased three 2ML vials from Scent Decant. One of the three was the wrong scent. I let them know asking for them to send the correct fragrance. They responded that they were sorry, but offered no resolution. I guess I wasted my money. I will never buy from them again.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY PERFUME SINCE JANUARY 2 IS WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED REACH OUT TO THE ON THE 12TH STILL NOING THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESEND ANOTHER IT'S NOW THE 23RD OF JANUARY AND STILL NOTHING I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM WANTING TO KNOWCTHE THE TRACKING NUMBER WOULD NO RESPONSE THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AT THIS POINT THEY CAN GIVE ME A REFUND I DON'T EVEN WANT IT ANYMORE MY NEED TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed an order (forgetting to add my promo code). I tried to go back and find the purchase. However, I never received a confirmation email from them. Assuming that that order didn't go through, I went back to the web page and put the same order through, with the promo code (that says it's strictly for a first-time customers only).. with that being said, the promo code went through. Indicating that it was the first purchase I was making from the site. Then I get my credit card information where it says that I was charged twice. I tried to contact customer service to either cancel the first order or to at least put promo code for the entire purchase.... I got no response, just an email saying "thanks for your purchase".. not good customer service at all. I'll be reviewing you guys across all platforms. And I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company
