Purchased travel sprays, if PDM Layton and Creed Aventus. They use solid travel spray bottles and do not fill them, complete scam.

They sent my order to the wrong name then told me they did it as a joke. It was taken by another resident with my same first name and when I got my order back it was fall used. I had to haggle with him to get $10 back. There a half ass company DO NOT USE.

Bought over 20 scents and every last one of them completely "DEHYDRATED" within 3 months. Whatever they are watered-down with makes up about 90% of each atomizer. No wonder it took so long for such a small sample order to be ready (3 weeks!), he/she was watering them all down, maybe with perfumers alcohol. What a CROOK!!!!!

Look...the customer service is responsive. I appreciate that. However, when I received my Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian EDP shipment there was a problem. I have samples of this from department stores, so I know very well what it smells like. What ScentDecants sent to me smelled strongly of alcohol. Additionally, the scent fades very quickly. It’s almost like an EDT, but this scent is not made in EDT. What ScentDecants sent to me was...either not the authentic scent, or ‘watered’ down with something, likely some sort of alcohol. This sample was definitely not decanted directly from the original manufacturer's bottle. A full refund was issued, but it's still Disappointing!
