Scent Decant has been awesome with my first order! My samples arrived much quicker than quoted and when there was a leak with some of my bottles, their customer service was super prompt in assisting me with a replacement. Thank SD!!

My package arrived super fast! Even though it was packaged well the vial was broken. Customer service responded promptly and sent me a new one.

I just found this company. I filled in my order and thought I had put in the code for a discount. Found after I placed the order, it had not registered. I sent an email requesting it be applied and it was done at once by return email. So I would say, exceed the customer's expectations.

I emailed them because my order was sent to a different city. Within a couple of hours they had resent entire order at no cost to me. This is fantastic I will highly recommend using them.

Absolutely horrible, first shipment almost every sample bottle leaked to the point some were empty. This left most samples sticky and smeared where you could not even read the description of the cologne on most bottles. I had to then try and figure out what cologne was in each bottle and how much wasted and send to customer service. They sent some replacements and missed a few others. When I contacted them to adjust the order they said the cologne was out of stock, this was BS, they just sent me a partial refund to the percent I said had leaked because they didn’t want to have to adjust the order. The replacements sent all leaked also except one bottle. So once again had to tell them the percent that leaked and they sent a refund of the percent I gave them. I had to do deal with the mess and waste a spray just to know what fragrance I am wearing. Pathetic!!!! I will go back to ordering from MicroPerfumes, faster shipping, nothing leaks and they actually try and keep there customers.

Wonderful customer service. I had to deal with a shipping issue and custom service went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and make sure that I was satisfied.

I ordered Bond no.9 scent for him in a travel size bottle and it has absolutely no smell as if it was water.

We're sorry you were not happy with your purchase, we hear very few complaints in regards to the quality of the fragrances. All fragrances are 100% authentic and decanted directly from the original manufacturer's bottle, and not diluted in any way. We certainly can exchange it for something else.
