Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

They deliver very quickly and the service is great! Very helpful customer service when you need it and the fragrances come perfect.

I had a couple of vials that spilled in shipping. I reached out to the company. They immediately shipped the two new scents. It is so nice to be able to try these expensive perfumes before purchasing. Thank you for your company and customer service.

They are a reputable company who specializes in selling samples of authentic fragrances. Shipping has been expedient and customer service top notch. I hope that they will continue to expand the brands of perfumes they have in their inventory.

great customer service... i had a problem with one of the sprayers but they were very responsive and are sending me a new one... also a great way to try new scents !

The colognes I've ordered has been great. I also had an order come in missing 1 of the colognes and they corrected the issue within hours and had the cologne shipped out. Now this is what customer service is about.

This was my first purchase. I couldn’t have been happier.. I loved, receiving a little travel bag, and the nice way the bottles fit in the holders. I will be ordering full-size bottles from you from now on! I have checked out many other places and your prices can’t be beat. I’m so glad I found you all. Thank you.

Scent decant is the best I'll be ordering from here again. Great customer service I recommend this to anyone who loves cologne great selection love the ones I got my order was lost but the resent it with no charge thanks again you guys are the best

Great experience. The scent is amazing and the concept of getting a small amount of a high end perfume at a low cost point is exactly what I was looking for. I encountered a problem with the spray bottle and the team responded personally to emails (no chatbot automated emails) and sent me a replacement. 10/10 recommend.
