Excellent idea and customer service

My package arrived and it was leaking. After submitting pictures they sent a replacement. Customer service is good but their products such as the spray bottle could be of better quality.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of losing a parcel during shipping, but I must say that the customer care I received from Scent Decant company was truly exceptional. From the moment I reported the issue with delivery, their customer support team was responsive and empathetic. Their communication was clear, and they were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. What truly impressed me was their commitment to resolving the issue. When it became clear that my parcel was lost, they promptly sent me another one without delay. Throughout this ordeal, I felt valued as a customer, and the company's dedication to making things right ,left a lasting positive impression. I would highly recommend their services !

I wanted to try a fragrance and so the smaller sample sized bottle was ideal. When I received the item; I was severely disappointed as most of the cologne had leaked out. I emailed with a picture and the company quickly sent me another sample. Not perfect - I would rather have it correct the first time but mistakes happen and I appreciate the customer support.

Upon arrival, some of my perfume samples had leaked, possible just due to rough travels or something out of the companies hand. After reaching out and explaining my situation, they quickly and kindly sent out replacements for every sample that was damaged. Really great products, and great customer service as well!

I was not expecting to receive my order so quickly! Fast delivery and great customer service. One of the bottles I received leaked and about half of it was gone. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day with a tracking number for another bottle. I’ll definitely be making another purchase!
