Scent decant has been pivotal in my quest to find the unique scents of Oudh and bahkoor I enjoyed while abroad in Saudi Arabia. Their customer service and rewards program is amazing too. I’ll def be buying more samples and going down the rabbit-hole of niche perfumers.

I order from scent decant a least 2 to 3x a month.. I love the experience and they ship so fast. I had a slight issue and they made it right with no hesitation… I’ll continue to make more purchases in the future

The sample I ordered was delivered to the wrong address from USPS. Scentdecant sent a new one right away. I'm still waiting for it. However, it makes a big difference when a company just goes that extra step. Thank you.

I’ve placed two orders from them and plan to again when I run out. Never again will I pay for a full bottle that I won’t use up. I get sick of a scent within a month or two now I don’t feel guilty wasting money. I also had an issue with a sprayer on one of them, I emailed the company and within 20 mins they had sent out a replacement even though all I wanted was a new sprayer cap. Top notch company thank you again.

Received my order today and one of my 1 oz bottles was almost empty. Contact a customer service and they got back to me within 5 minutes stating that they will be sending me another free of charge.

Best fragrance company ever! Love that all samples come in spray bottles. Also I had a few leak out and they sent new ones right away. I order from here often and only had the one issue. Amazing scents that last forever!
