I recently ordered several fragrance decants from scentdecant.com for the first time and encountered an issue - two of my decants had spilled in transit. Their response was exceptional: Not only did they quickly send replacements for the spilled items, but they also noticed other bottles had damaged labels and proactively replaced these as well, without me even asking. I am very satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail scentdecant.com's customer support showed. Their prompt and generous resolution exceeded my expectations, making my first experience with them remarkably positive.

They accidentally sent the wrong sample. I sent an email letting them know. I received an answer within an hour and the correct sample was mailed out same day. Fantastic customer service.

I got my samples package in a reasonable amount of time and was satisfied with the items I received.

It's a really good way to sample new perfumes before committing to a full size bottle. However, there seems to be a plethora of issues with product arriving damaged - i.e. leaking and ruining everything in the package. In all honesty, Scent Decant's customer service is pretty amazing. It was simple to send a photo of my damaged shipment, and they sent replacements for the seven samples that were destroyed. With that being said, I don't think I would order again. I placed my original order over a month ago, and still haven't received my entire shipment. After reading other reviews (after the fact), I found many that have had the same exact issue, and I just don't want to deal with it again.

I am unfortunately not having a good experience with this company. It's been 2 weeks since my order. I finally received a shipment from them today, but it's the wrong item! I reached out to the company to inform them of their mistake. I was told that I would receive the item I ordered and already paid for after they received their order back that they incorrectly shipped to me. So I'm being inconvenienced because they shipped me the wrong item. Not good customer service at all! Refund please. I'll go somewhere else.

Great customer service! Always respond to emails fast

It was my first time ordering from Scent Decant, I have tried other companies but I heard good reviews about this company. I place a order, when I received my order , one of my 1ml samples was basically empty and the perfume must have leaked all over the bottle which made the label on the bottle wet, when I touched the bottle I got perfume and black marks all over my hands. I emailed Scent Decant and sent a picture and explained what happened as soon I received my package and opened it. They responded to my email within an hour as well they apologized and immediately sent a new perfume out to me to replace the one that was empty and leaked. This is exceptional customer service. I will definitely recommend Scent Decant to my friends and family and I will absolutely be ordering again.
