Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

Do not buy samples from this Co. I received a Red women's atomizer instead of what they announce on web (Black). It broke from the first use and the smell in my car was overwhelming. When I tried to explain the problem to customer service they said: pump it about 20 times. Heck it's supposed to be a sample ($20) if i try to pump it 20 times i'll run out the content immediately. BS

My original order was delivered and there was a problem. I reached out and they responded almost immediately. My problem was resolved the same day and the company made good the replacement. People make mistakes it's the manner in which they handle the mistakes it's what matters.

The customer service deserves well over 5 stars!!! ⭐️ very prompt and wanting to help in every way! Thank you!!

Awful shipping process, took many days for mine to ship and then was lost in shipping. It was supposed to be here Monday, going into Friday and still don't have it. I tried to track the package and it now doesn't give an ETA and just says "In Transit". After reaching out through email, I was asked to wait a few days to see if it came in and then get back with them if it doesn't come in. They stated that if it doesn't come in, they will send it again. I also read reviews stating atomizers not working on the bottles or bottles not being closed right enough and perfume dripping out in shipping. I see Scentdecant ads on almost every platform, which left a bitter taste. Maybe spend more time on your business model, catering to the customer and focusing on quality. There should not be routine issue with your product while your target audience gets spammed with ads and can transparently see what your priorities are within the company. People actually sat around a table and decided to put X amount of dollars into advertising instead of boosting Quality Control and working on the execution of shipping their product with better results..

Absolutely awesome products, at such a great price! When my product arrived a few bottles had leaked out, I reached out to customer service and within 1 day they got back to me and are handling the issue with upmost professionalism. I will definitely be buying more products without a doubt. Can't wait to place my next order!

It was a great experience. When I first got my package one of the fragrances leaked but I contacted them and the employee that helped me was amazing. They ordered another package for me almost immediately. Would recommend buying from them just from their credibility and customer support.

First of all, these are the genuine fragrances, unlike others. I ordered 8 different 3ml men's fragrances and they were shipped on time. Prices are very reasonable. One of items had a problem with the spray. I left a message and the response was quick. They are sending me a replacement. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I am so glad that I chose to get samples from your company vs some of the others that are out there. Some of the others may be good also, however I am very happy with this company and your products as well as customer service. I already have my shopping cart started for my next order. I also plan to get some for my wife to try. She loves what she wears now but I am sure she will enjoy exploring new scents. This is a great way to find new colognes or perfumes to try without the big initial investment. If you are like me you might like to not wear the same scent all the time. So in my case I love having the small samples to have a variety. I plan to reorder my favorite in the great pop-up travel versions. I did receive a bottle that did not spray properly and a few that did leak. The company was quick to respond and resend what was still in stock and issue a refund for the items that were not. I can't wait to receive these. In my opinion if you want to try something new order the small samples and if you know you like the scent order the largest travel sample. Some scents are offered in an even larger sample or bottle. I have not ordered any of those yet. But also a great idea if you aren't trying numerous scents and know that you want a few main favorites. I hope you all enjoy exploring all the great products as much as I am.
