I have been searching for a perfume company that sold samples in a spray bottle for quite some time. I came across Scent Decant and was so very excited that they had what I was looking for. I placed my order and anxiously awaited the arrival. When I received my order it was missing half of what I had ordered. Why 5 stars you ask? It’s because of the customer service. I shot over an email explaining what had happened. I got a very timely response. Super and simple easy conversation and solution. They asked for the list of missing items and in less than 24 hours I got an email stating they were on their way and tracking info. Now tell me that’s not top notch customer service! I’m excited to figure out which of these samples are my favorite so I can order more from Scent Decant!

Beyond satisfued. A handful of vials ended up leaking (even melted the labels right off the bottles) and without hesitation they hit me with a partial refund. Customer for life. Not to mention I have looked everywhere and these are the BEST prices hands down. The only thing they may lack is supply but that's a natural state of these products. I got 40 1ml samples for like $150 AND they all came in glass spray vials as opposed to the plastic dabbers everyone else uses! I also love that the company is ran by a hobbyist!

One of my samples had leaked during shipping. I notified Scent Decent and they got back with me the same day and replaced the broken item immediately. Combine that with quality samples and things are good.

I’ve been wanting a new go-to everyday signature scent. I went to several larger stores that carry perfumes to try out scents but to be honest so many scents are sprayed in those stores along with all the other makeup and beauty products that are highly fragrances that it was hard to get a true idea of the actual scent. The other problem was I found I’d like or dislike a scent when I sprayed it but since scents change based on each persons own skin, oils, etc. and the scent changes when some of the alcohol dries off etc. it was impossible to make a decision. I started shopping online and came across several companies that offer scent samples at a nominal price. I spent several days comparing companies. I decided to go with Scent Decant for three reasons. 1. They had an awesome variety of high end and even lesser known but loved scents. 2. Their pricing was great and competitive with the other companies and 3. They offer samples with a spray bottle. This is important to me because I like to spray the scent directly on my pulse points but also on my clothing. The other companies offer samples in glass vials that only allow you to wipe the fragrance on you and not actually spray it. I was excited to receive my order. It came packaged well and came in a small black velour bag (cute). I ordered 10 samples for my first order. Each bottle came labeled with the brand and name of the perfume. I ordered the smallest sample sizes of each scent and honestly the sample is an ample amount. It is plenty to use multiple sprays at a time for multiple days which is great because I want enough to really try it on multiple occasions to see what I really love. My first order did have one sample that leaked. I took a pic and sent an email right away and I was shocked because I had an email with confirmation that a new sample had been sent within a couple of hours. The customer service is FANTASTIC. I’m a huge fan of this company now. I’ve got my son already building a list of ones he wants to order and I’ll be sharing the companies name and Info with my friends. I plan to go back and buy the larger travel size samples once I’ve found a few that I just love.

I just want to say this is amazing company it was my first time buying from them but they did amazing job with their customer service they got my package to me quickly it was nice neat packaged very well in 100% authentic cologne I will definitely be doing all my business with this company I highly recommend every this company you will be extremely happy because I'm more than happy with the experience that I have gotten from this company 5 STAR SERVICE! Guaranteed!

Easy to navigate website, good delivery

Great customer service! I ordered some samples, and unfortunately, 1 was missing and another one was doubled up. I sent an email explaining the situation. They responded in less than 1 business day and also shipped the missing sample out the same day. I will definitely be ordering more from Scent Decant in the future.

Affordable prices. I buy decants every now and then when I’m taking business or family trips so i decided to try them. Overall excellent customer service. Shipping was timely and when i had an issue with my order it was resolved quickly! First time using Scent Decant and i don’t really see myself shopping elsewhere!
