Such a great company with excellent customer service!! I received my order and was missing a sample that I ordered. I emailed customer service and next thing I know, I receive an email confirmation for my sample that I was missing (no charge, of course) & another email with an apology for my missing item. I didn’t have to wait wondering if they’d correct the error…they were so quick to respond & rectify my order!!! I will definitely be ordering again!!

Scent Decant is Awesome! They ship super fast and their customer service is ON POINT. Sprays also have excellent quality. Had an issue with one of the Decant Atomizers not working so I notified them and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me another one free of charge. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Excellent customer service. Item delivered as advertised but one of the samples leaked during shipment. They replaced immediately. Will order again

I didn't like using a subscription service because I was paying a lot for larger samples of fragrances I might not like. I like being able to get several much smaller samples at a time for the same price. Scent Decant also ships pretty quickly, and the samples have arrived in perfect condition. They also have more options than the subscription service I was using.

In general, they charge a little less to give you a little more when it comes to high end niche scents compared to competitors. And they put them in tiny atomizers so you can spray on clothes, which is nice compared to the usual little capped sample vials from other decant companies.

I purchased Creed for this company. It came. It was just the one milliliter spray. It was actually Creed, I decided to purchase the five milliliter and it was not Creed. It was a bunch of alcohol on top of citrus barely had any sandal. I tried to contact the company. The company said that they don't do refunds or exchanges. It's crazy because as soon as I smell the fragrance I contacted them. Don't do business with people that don't do refunds. They're just scammers

I've been wanting to change up my perfume and most places charge $10+ for a sample size. I was so excited when I discovered scent decant, I ordered so many samples! My order took a little while to ship but when I contacted customer service to inquire about it they were very communicative and it got here quickly after shipping. One of my samples had leaked out, but fortunately it was in a little baggie with a just few others rather than being packaged all together. I contacted customer service to let them know and they promptly sent out another sample of that scent. I definitely recommend doing business with them and I will be ordering again!

Excellent customer service. Received sample products that were purchased specifically for international travel (small size, takes less room to pack). Follow up was amazing and professional folks to work with.
