This is a wonderful way to try samples of different perfumes before buying a larger bottle. Excellent customer service too. I had a mix up with my recent order and it was addressed and corrected promptly. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service and product! Great way to try out scents and/or get a more affordable size bottle.

Just placed and received my 2nd order from Scent Decant and the whole process deserves 5 Star Rating. During shipping between here and there, the package got messed up causing a leak. Their response was so fast and they took care of problem with no hesitation. Not to mention their prices are the best of any Decant spot I've found online. They offer 1oz sprays for great price so that I can try out and then buy bigger decants without having to spend a lot on a blind buy. Thank you Scent Decant, I will def order from here again.

Buyers beware. This site has no integrity. I ordered a perfume. i took it out of the box, i sprayed once and it wasnt what i wanted. I wrote to them and they said i couldnt return it as i had opened the box. Now how was i supposed to smell it without opening the box. Customer service was poor, they actually was aggressive to me and rude.I would highly reccommend Fragrance net instead of this site.

Just when I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, entered Scent Decant. I had a problem with my delivery (probably at the fault of USPS) and I reached out to Scent Decant via email. They responded so quickly and worked with me to resolve the issue. I was so happy when I received my samples and have since went on to buy a full bottle of Black Opium! Not only am I smelling like a million bucks, I have a big smile and a restored faith in customer service!

Received product as described and would recommend everyone to shop here. Had to contact customer service to resolve an issue, which they kindly and easily did the same day. Definitely will be back.

Great customer service and great selection of colognes. I had an issue with one of my samples opening during transport and they very quickly shipped the replacement out. Will be a repeat customer

I've ordered from Scent Decant twice now, and I'm 100% pleased! First and foremost, it's a fantastic way to sample fragrances at a fraction of retail cost, so you know what you like before you spend the money on the big bottles. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, their customer service is on point! My most recent order arrived with 2 damaged samples (one leaked, and damaged one of the others). I let the company know, and I really didn't expect much since we're only dealing with very small samples. Their customer service team did not hesitate to address the situation. They asked for pics, and as soon as I sent them, they issued a couple of replacement samples to be sent out immediately. This is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with. They clearly care about their customers and their reputation, and that makes for a stellar experience. Thank you, Scent Decant!
