Excellent customer service. Received samples that were impeccable and smell great. Received duplicate sample in error and they quickly corrected for me. I’m already preparing to order more.

ScentDecant.com has a good selection. They delivered my order quickly. There was a problem with one of the bottles, which leaked in transit due to a defective lid. But they sent me a replacement sample after I showed them a picture. I am satisfied with my order, and will likely shop here again.

I recently made a purchase of 5 samples and 3 of them wasn’t spraying after trying over 50 or more times to pump it, the pump was just not working. I contacted them or the website and I received an immediate response, and they are sending me out new sample at no additional charge. I’m so glad that they are, I really wasn’t expecting that but as I told they I really appreciate it. I really didn’t want to have to open the bottle to pour it out to try it out. So thank you Scents Decant will always purchase from you.

Great customer service Recieved my order and one sample bottle had leaked. Emailed company and had a response the same day. With no hesitation they refunded my money due to the product out of stock. Very kind and timely response. Definitely will order more from them. A1 standard

Great customer service (kinda of hard to find these days). One of my items was wrong. I sent one email and they shipped me the correct item within 24hrs. I will definitely use this again and highly recommend.

The only issues I've ever ever had were my own fault in supplying the wrong shipping address and not stopping it in time,ScentDecant was able to resend my package when I thought it was gone, they went the extra mile. All my interactions with them have been stellar! On top of this their pricing is the best I have found and their website experience in the way that they sort their products, dont believe me? Try to find a better place to discover new scents. In short I love these guys.

They have so many fragrances and sizes to choose from, it fits everyone's needs. My order arrived quicker then I expected but a small portion had leaked and when I reached out to them they were kind enough to replace it immediately. I'm grateful for excellent service and quality products. I can't wait to try all the samples I bought so I can buy more :)
