I can usually find good deals on Sally's. I love the porosity equalizing spray, and I've been ordering it from here for a couple of years. Shipping is usually reasonably fast, I get what I order, no complaints!

Great service and always very polite at Battersea

I went into the store to return a merchandise and 45 minutes later, she had no idea how to use the computer system (the store manager), thus no refund, even though I have my receipt,unused merchandise and within the window for returns. The store manager could not or would not accept give me a return to my credit card or cash refund. She told me to 1. Go go another store or 2. come back later when she could figure it out. or 3. buy something else and she would not have to do a refund. I called customer service the first lady, was not helpful said I should go back to the same store, the second later said a supervisor would me before end of business and the third said no one is calling me today. Really? Is that was customer service has amounted to these days.

Absolutely love every location I've been to. The staff is very polite, helpful and they actually know what they're talking about!

2 day free shipping is a joke, customer service did respond but clearly didn’t even read my email. Maybe my products will arrive today (9 days later) or maybe sometime next week. Who knows? I won’t be back and I’ll share my experience far & wide. There are too many other places to shop for hair products online.

Went to Sally on Saturday late afternoon for a hair product recommended by my hairdresser. They do not carry that line, but the manager said they have a product that is "exactly the same thing" (quote). Used it Sunday, not effective at all. Tried to return in on Monday. The manager that day (Jacqueline) refused to make the refund since I did not have the receipt. Said she will only give in store credit. I offered my credit card so they could check the transaction, but she adamantly refused. Stated several times in a not so nice way I could call customer service for a refund. When I mentioned I was there for customer service, she again insisted I call customer service, but she NEVER offered a number, or to contact them herself. When it was pointed out that she had not offered the number, she defensively and aggressively stated I had never asked. Very poor service here, plus their "background" music is hard rock and very intrusive. Will never go there again!
