This all sales are final is a joke have been buying clippers at sallys for months now went in today purchased a pair of clippers today and they came defective went back to have them replaced and i was told i had to call the manufacturer to get them fixed or replaced i went in with a co worker and after i left my co worker told me that they were laughing at me for getting mad for not getting my clippers replaced this was the last time i ever buy anything from sallys i dont recommend anyone buying clippers from them cuz if they come defective your out of luck.

I returned home to Canton, Ohio a few years back. I am so very impressed with your Store Manager, Tiffany ( I do not know her last name), of your Belden Crossings Plaza Sally Store. I haven't seen a Manager show so much "heart" and "enthusiasm" into her Customer Servicefor a very long time. She is very knowledgable about all of the products and the current "specials". She is consistently positive and helpful. Tiffany always dresses professionally, and her hair and makeup are impeccable. I believe in giving credit to a person, when credit is due. Store #5571 Excellent service! I endured 3 mall-salon appointments totalling around $1,000 and STILL hadn’t achieved the colour I was looking for. (I’d done a consult, and brought both photos & video, to be sure my stylist & I were both on the same page.) Disappointed with my results, Youtube videos encouraged me to try doing it myself, with the help of Sally’s. Sales staff were super-helpful at this location. All their suggestions worked, and I finally had the hair colour I wanted. In fact, at my next mall-salon appointment, my hair colour looked so good, the stylist asked if I’d had my hair coloured by another stylist. (A few stylists at that salon were also trying, but not quite achieving, a similar colour. When I came in for a cut with my new colour, they fawned over my hair. Yeah...I knew it looked glorious.) When I confirmed I’d done it myself, with the help of Sally employees, the stylist quipped that my colour had to be (this product #), and (this product #) only. (The only way to get that colour, she insisted.) I said, “Oh, no. This is (different product #), with a splash of (other product).” The stylist was noticeably surprised by this information. If only I’d known what an awesome resource Sally employees are, when it comes to hair colour, I could’ve saved myself $1,000.

I recently brought an ASP. mini led lamp.(product no. 142266) This lamp is not fit for purpose. I sat patiently waiting for my nails to cure 5 hours and this did not happen Anyone wishing to buy this item please do not. Waste of time and money.

I have a discount card from Sally's. I shopped, received no discount. I received an email a few days later with a $5.00 discount. Needed more things and went back in. They were out of the product I needed so I waited another week to go back in. The coupon I was email was "not valid" ...so much for Sally's. I will go elsewhere

Amazing customer service! I ordered a beginners acrylic nail set on standard delivery and it came the next day! There’s everything you’d need to do a set of acrylics including exfoliating hand wash and cuticle treatments beyond happy with it and well worth the money! One of the products hadn’t been sealed properly (60ml acetone) and leaked in the box however when contacted they said they didn’t have the 60ml in stock so sent me a 500ml free of cost on next day delivery! Would recommend to anyone! Good prices and salon standard products!

Love it or Return it, 60 day guarantee, does Not apply to clippers!!!!!!!! Bought defective Andis T Outliners that had a broken blade, tried to exchange less than 24 hrs later and they would not exchange or refund. You the consumer have to return it to the manufacturer. Unsatisfied in Hudson Fl.
