Sent me the wrong makeup color but I reached out to support and received another package with the right color within 2 days. Overall happy as errors can happen to anyone.

Excellent customer service.

First time ordering a couple nail varnishes here. Arrived next day but found one had broke in transit and spilled all over the box. Quality service and as was they was quick to respond to my email and sent me a replacement the next day. I’m not sure about their other products, but for nail varnishes you get a great deal with their current discounts. I hope I will be receiving the same service next time I order.

I usually buy my hair products from Sally Beauty online. I usually don't have any problems, except for a few bottles that leaked, and one bottle that had a broken lid. They immediately sent me a replacement for it.

ONLY place I have bought my hair items and not had a bad experience! Sometimes employees aren't as helpful or kind but I still rely on this store.

I placed an order on Sally's website before reading some of the negative reviews, so I was definitely skeptical after reading what some customers had to say. However, Sally's shipped my order rather quickly and I am very happy that I shopped online with them! I've been going to Sally's since I was a little girl with my mom. I'm a Black woman with relaxed hair, so it is not easy finding the right hair products that work for me, especially with so many companies catering to natural hair nowadays. Sally's has good options for hair and nail products and has done so for years. During COVID-19, ordering online from other companies has been VERY stressful and I have been scammed quite a bit, but I am so very thankful that Sally's is a reliable online store that shipped my items as promised. Everything in my shipment was correct, nothing was missing or damaged (so thankful!). My only recommendation would be for Sally's to possibly be more diligent about informing customers about their orders, such as letting us know if it is still processing or giving an accurate date of when the order will be shipped out. However, not all online retailers will update you daily about your order and there really is no need most times. Once you have a tracking number, you can just keep yourself updated with the shipping carrier. Plus, Sally's did inform me when my order was shipped, and if I can remember correctly, I think they also informed me of when it had been delivered. I will definitely be ordering again from Sally's and once again I appreciate them getting my order correct and packaging all of the items very well :). XOXO

Sally stores are everywhere and if you are short on some products easy to popin and buy it, the prices are a bit high but you pay for being local store
