Let’s start with the PROS Typical full stock of items needed Great loyalty account Website layout is perfect CONS don’t get too invested in your supply order bc website eventually will Error stating too many requests, it’s heavily glitchy, try to “X” page will slow load and take to cart anyway. It’s been slow, glitchy, for 4 years now and I expected with all the updates sally would fix this issue. They used to state it was due to large demand on site, concerning issue due to sally beauty supply declining use, and as well as sites with more activity run better (I’ve done coding and site set up before) I’ve been trying to view my cart for an hour and a half, I needed to edit something I added two off. I can’t even pay and check out because this site. I hate going into the store when I know what I need already. My cart is at $300 5/6 years ago I always ordered and never had issues now for the last year I likely don’t order from sally bs due to the issue in even viewing cart to check out without an error… sucks. Thankfully there’s other sites I can use especially when I need to get an order done that night. I dont have time for the lag. Fixing the site would increase spending. Would legit use sally bs if the site worked… My loyalty account is under a different email

I have been going into Sally's beauty supply in Strongsville Ohio for a while now. The employees are always very nice and polite and helpful. I do remember one time though when I first started coloring my hair on my own one employee suggested me using 10% developer on my gray hair. Of course it did absolutely nothing to get the gray out and unfortunately I left it on for 40 minutes which damaged part of my hair. When I went back another employee told me I needed to get the 20% developer and that seemed to work fine all the time. That was a long time ago and I never had any issues since however when I went into Sally's yesterday, I was offered to apply for a credit card. I was told that if I was approved I would instantly get $20 off of my $50 purchase right away. I have excellent credit and only two credit cards. One of my credit cards has zero balance and the other has a few hundred dollars so my chances of getting approved was more than excellent. Once I hit the button after answering a few questions the employee told me oh I guess the bank needs more information so if you are approved they will send you a $20 credit for your next $50 purchase. I was pretty upset and felt that I was just scammed. I guess the idea was to get you to spend another $50 in order to get $20 off in the future. I felt this was deceptive. Before I left the store the same employee did it to the person who was standing behind me. I feel they should be honest when saying if you are applying for a sally's credit card chances are you won't be approved immediately. Had I have known I wasn't going to get $20 off my purchase that day I would have never applied for a credit card. I simply don't need it.

I want to know how and why the retinol eye gel, all of .7 Oz can increase in price from $10.50 to $14.49 in approx. 2 years? I was in the Gilbert, Arizona store two weeks ago and was shocked to see it at $13.49. When I decided to,go back yesterday I paid $14.49! I complained to the sales girl and she had all kinds of excuses from taxes to comparing with other stores. It’s not taxes, it’s not increasing production costs, or even inflation. It’s because they CAN! I find it infuriating how we the people are being used and taken. I think I’ll start using olive oil or plain old Vaseline at night and it will probably work just fine! And why are you charging for a bag?

Bangor north down store, had a lovely helpful young lady give me advise on 28th may excellent customer service. Unfortunately returned on the Monday 31st served by a mature lady who let’s just say should not be in customer service. I left furious at this assistant, rolling her eyes and making comments to another member of staff.

Lake Mary location! I went in to get blue hair dye and they had exactly what i needed but the ladies at the counter were telling me wrong information and i had to come back after i dyed my hair and buy more products. A few days later I came back in to return what I did not use and the lady behind the counter was so sweet! Her name was Brianna and she helped me out with no problems. She was sweet, funny, and just an awesome employee who knew what she was doing.

My first online order went swimmingly - no issues, quick dispatch and very happy with my purchase. My second order online (which was a Christmas gift) was cancelled five days after I made it, which was just before Christmas, no reason given, just an automated email. My order was obviously bumped in favour of someone who made a purchase after me. No response when I emailed querying it.

I was the manager of Sally’s on 5th st reading pa for 16 years and loved everyday of it and made that store what it is. To bad they had a dm their that drove out all the long term managers. The only complaint I have is how can they bag your items and never tell you that you pay for the brown bag. Their are no plastic bags anymore. Isn’t it illegal to charge you and not ask you or tell you?
