After my hairdresser unexpectedly cancelled I called into Sallys for help. Nadine was absolutely fabulous, gave me measurements and the correct products to use. Couldn’t have asked for more, really helpful staff. Will defo return 😊

Patama store manager at store number 3382 at Hawks Creek retail center on Alta Mere was absolutely wonderful both times I went in helpful. I have an order I’m waiting for her to get in. Remember me right away. Just a really good customer service person which now nowadays is hard to find. Thank you. Patama

How the hell do you total up your orders? I have 3 items one $12.99 one $54.99 and one $44.99 and you have my total at $237.46 . Crazy online service sadly I won’t be making my purchase here!!

Numerous times I have placed online orders where item was in stock only to find out order had been cancelled stating order is out of stock. When contacting customer care I'm told that item is no longer available!!! If the item discontinued, then the item needs to be removed from the website. This is not GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will seek out another vendor

Order not delivered because uber didnt come. Unable to schedule delivery for next day only option pick up. 5 days to get refund!!!! Never shopping there again. Recommend no one shops there. Customer service unhelpful. Requested refund. Then they sent me email saying part of my order not available. I can pick up from store. What????? I have sent 3 emails canceling. Sad excuse for a business. Shame.

Instore the assistants are knowledgeable and friendly, apart from not knowing a policy had changed for returns. When trying to get a return the online customer service were rude, unhelpful and completely denied any for of refund or exchange due to lost receipt, even though the purchase was showing on my account and I proved it with bank transaction. Items were unopened, still sealed and in perfect condition. The store assistant couldn’t believe how the customer service person treat the whole situation. Her name is Karen and I would now stay away from using Sallys beauty again. I would much rather use other places like Amazon who offer much better prices and miles better customer service. Would not recommend at all. Very poor experience Sallys, very disappointing.

Went to Cosham today. I had messed my hair up with dye. The lady in there was amazing. Showed me the product explained it how to use it. 3 hours layer my hair is back to normal. Thank you so much.

Every time a different issue that takes hours to try, revisit, call - so frustrating! This time I tried to enter a new card but the writing fields were greyed out and did not let me type.
