Rude stuck up staff horrible experience wouldn't go again ever Can't go in without a mask even for health reason disgrace

I have gone to the same Sally's for 8 years usually every week. I live in Ft. Worth. The manager that was there was the best, unfortunately she is no longer there. I have been back 4 times and will not return. The new manager barely stocks the store, she is rude and unhelpful. I buy the same thing in quantity. The previous manager always had them in stock and even some in the back. Today they had none. Shame..I'm done!

Nothing is on sale - Buyer beware! I bought products online, some of which were on sale/clearance but when I got my order, none of my sale items arrived. When I inquired about it, I was told they had no inventory left and I wasn’t charged for items not received in my order. Why have items showing online if you don’t have any in stock. This is a scam to get you to buy more and save on shipping, just to not receive all your items anyway. First and last online order with these guys. Very disappointed

This past Friday, one standing at the register, ear buds in, apparently on her phone, didn't even acknowledge me, there was another young girl, purple hair, sitting in the floor behind the register on her phone. Fortunately there was an older lady doing what looked like checking the isles asking if anyone needed assistance, which I did, I had come there to get my wife's hair color for her. I don't know if this is common practice, it was very Un professional. Thank goodness someone was helpful or I would not return to this location

Very bad product! I have purchased the La-Bresilina hair treatment and not only I did not see any changes, it damaged my hair! I have done Brazilian blowout and keratin treatments many times before and this product was not even close!

I am so pleased and happy with the services I received In one of sally stores on Hounslow . The girl works in Hounslow branch name page Atkins I am so happy with her . She is so helpful and have a beautiful patience her attitude and service is so excellent.and out standing. She is so polite and always there to help . Even if she is busy or doing any other work her first priority is to help customers. We need people like her . And wish her all the best in future she deserve to be a manager and I am sure with the hard work she do she will get there . All the best you are really good .

Placed my first order with Sally Beauty recently and the website has marked my order as complete and the items as delivered but I have only received 5/12 items ordered. When I track the packages some of the items show as delivered to a different area that is not affiliated with my account. I call customer care and will be on hold for hours. I emailed customer care a week ago and have not gotten a reply. I called the store local to me and they said they are unable to help. Looks like I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. Overall this has been a horrible experience and I hope they go out of business soon.
