Ive been shopping at Sallys for years in store with COVID i thought id try ordering online...DONT DO IT!!! They charged my card the full amount then only sent me 1 item then about 2 weeks later sent me dye that was completely smooshed, now they charged me again for something i didnt even buy, the reciept is for someone in MA!!!! Ive tried calling ive trired emailing,chatting and nothing your customer service sucks!!

I visited two different Sally locations in Charlotte one week ago. The first one only accepted cash, because the card reader machine wasn't working. I left because I planned to use a card. The second store had nothing that I needed and shelves were basically empty. The worker told me they needed to close the location and I agreed. From now on, I will shop at Targets or Ulta.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.Ordered once and NEVER again!Firsty, there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT when you try to contact them online,they don't reply.Secondly,they ve sent me wrong products,even one month after ordering,I returned them for a full refund,but never received one.Instead,they sent me a message that my items are on the way, charged my card, but never sent me anything.this is the WORST online-store to buy something, will NEVER use them again.Lost my time and my money! B-E-W-A-R-E ! ! ! DISATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!!

I usually buy my hair products from Sally Beauty online. I usually don't have any problems, except for a few bottles that leaked, and one bottle that had a broken lid. They immediately sent me a replacement for it.

Un believable bad experince at Edmonton kingsway location.I went in and asked for a pair of clippers to cut my hair and trim beard. I was given an option of a clipper that was for trimming around the ears. I then said I need real clippers and took them home as they said my old guards should fit. They did not fit so I did an exchange for the other pair that was recomended. These were super cheap tin blades and when i got home i went to return within 10 minutes. The girl was rude and makimg grunting noises. Finally I just said keep my 100 bucks and left. I said looks like I got screwed! I did not keep the way over priced trimmer clippers as they were not worth 10 bucks. I left them on thier counter! Do not go here! Some businesses deserve to go bankrupt and this is one of them

Awful Products and Awful Customer Service! Bought a curling tong which does not work as stated or advertised. When I contacted customer service they refused to do anything about it. So I am now left with a useless product which is brand new. Dreadful service, DO NOT USE!

Got a set of scissors delivered and there was hair in the set. This is disgusting. Please check the stock before sending it to customers!!

Sally Beauty has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Told me it was the last time they would refund my product due to the color not working properly & causing the wrong hue. Isn’t Sally’s guarantee love it or return it? Absolutely ridiculous. As a COSMETOLOGY STUDENT I refuse to shop here any longer. Sad I’ve been buying product here for years...
