I appreciate this companies concern for their customers
I used to go to the local store for hair products prior to Covid19, great products and satisfactory service. Since Covid I have been shopping on line and could not be happier! Deliveries within a reasonable time but I expect slower delivery due to virus staffing. It may take 7 to 10 days but someone else is taking the risk with my shopping.

I haven’t really shopped online BUT I…
I haven’t really shopped online BUT I basically live in the Sally Beauty here in my local town and I can’t say enough about how absolutely outstanding the staff is, products, everything. Throughout the years I’ve developed a great employee customer relationship with all of them, and every time I walk out of the store I’m over the moon. The variety of products is amazing and the prices are even better. I never shop anywhere else. Other options are available to me like cosmo prof etc, but I honestly never step foot in another store. The staff go above and beyond and I always leave with more knowledge and how-to, and everything I need.

Do not waste your time or money here!!!
So I have been shopping here in store for years and love their ion hair colour line, because of covid, I decided to try ordering my products online. Will never make that mistake again, and am never going to give this company my money again. A few days after I made my order, I got an email saying it was shipped and with tracking info. The tracking info never worked and a week later I emailed inquiring on where my package was, they told me it was returned just under a week ago and I’d have my money back in 3-5 days. It had been 6 since the return, that I never even asked for. So now they have my package and my money, and customer service is not the least bit helpful. Do not waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else!

ONLY place I have bought my hair items…
ONLY place I have bought my hair items and not had a bad experience! Sometimes employees aren't as helpful or kind but I still rely on this store.

Garbage. Find/Support a different beauty supply store.
Garbage. Absolute garbage company. They have a fake points program that earns no points and if you ask about your history or try to understand your lack of points, you'll find there is literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT for it, and reps at the regular number just keep repeating the same thing, "Sorry, I don't have access. You can access your rewards through your account page." The Account Page and the My Rewards Page, of course, do not provide a single detail of your activity.
The website experience is a whole other mess. Barely functional. They con you through the order checkout with "Coupons" or "Discount Codes", but the codes NEVER WORK. And their own reps can't even answer for this either.
My favorite: They rarely send coupons. This year, in the middle of the pandemic, when everything was on lock-down, SBS decided to send out 20% coupons to use... in-store. Wanna guess what the expiration date was? Yep- you guessed it: The day before the quarantine was lifted!
Good job, Sally Beauty. Cute.
Though, you know, I personally think they should change their name to Susan's Beauty Supply, since the shopping experience and "service" is painfully, obnoxiously bad. Shopping SBS is like having to put up with all the garbage some lazy, entitled, ego-maniacal wasp who treats everyone she encounters like trash because she thinks she can just continue to get away with it.
Don't feed or provide any life support to the Susans of the world... er, in this case, Sallys. Let them starve for their poor service and go out of business.

Disappointed customer
What a shame! So you now either bring a bag when you shop at Sally's are you walk out of a store with your merchandise in your hands. You have to buy a bag from them if you dont have one. Ridiculous!

Going Out of Business?
I think they were going out of business before Covid. I am an ex-manicurist who does my own nails, so I'm not going through a ton of product. The last handful of times I've been to 2 Sally locations in Reno, NV, they were dreadfully low, or out completely, on almost everything. (I'm not sure why they're replacing all of their gel polishes with regular nail polish, when so many people still get gels done-that's weird to me.) I also find the store to be cluttered. Not because the staff doesn't pick up, but because you've got too many racks right by the front door, making it claustrophobic. I have to say, though, the staff at the Damonte Ranch Parkway location has been phenomenal, except for one person. THAT person SCREAMED at me, at the top of her lungs they were closed, when I mistakenly thought they'd be open by 10:30am on a Sunday. So I went to open the door and it boomeranged back at me because it was locked. Suddenly, whoever was inside yelled, "WE'RE CLOSED READ THE SIGN!!" from, what sounded like, the back of the building, and it definitely had some attitude on it. (Sister had lungs, I'll give her that!) Um, foghorn lady, I’d love to read your sign, but I can’t find it because you have so many signs plastered to the window, that I can’t even find it. (I eventually did-it’s a red sign that was partially covered by another red sign. 🙄)
I had, literally, gone to 4 other stores before them to get my errands finished, and all of those stores were open. I know it's a personal thing, but opening so late on weekend days is really stupid; not all of us start the day at noon. lol
That's not such a big deal, but the shelves being bare is. Won't shop there again. Go to buynail.com for your manicuring needs; they have A LOT more inventory, anyway. But don't get mad at me if they screw shipping up right now-I haven't ordered from them since before all of the shutdowns, etc.
