Get this!! They will charge you for a bag to carry your items you purchased out of the store!! I have shopped at Sally's for many years but I am not returning after yesterday's visit when I was told I would be charged for a cheap plastic bag to carry out what I had purchased. They said it was a "green" thing!! What a joke. If that's the case then give them a calculator to add up purchases without tape! I will tell everyone and anybody about this. DO NOT SHOP AT SALLY'S!!!! there are plenty of other beauty supply stores to shop at.

Horrible experience! On February 18th I got an email with the offer to make $25 or more purchase and get Elite status. I started creating the order and found in my shopping bag after all my chosen items a "product bonus"-10 disposable masks for free. So it was a very pleasant surprise, but after checking out the "product bonus" just vanished! I asked about it sales assistants at a store when I picked up my order. They had not idea what I was talking about! I called a customer service asking the same question and no surprise - they had no idea!!!!! I asked a customer support service to create an order and see what happens. Guess what? - the bonus product popped up during creating order but disappeared then. Ok! It was the lie number 1!!!!! Next, I did not get promised Elite status! -the lie number 2!!!!! Finally, when I picked up my order from a store and came home, I found that they put me wrong products. - number3!!!!! When I tried to talk to customer support service it did not help at all! I have always been interrupted and it was extremely difficult to have an conversation!

Went to sallys on 02/20/21. Am a licensed hairdresser and always carry my license information with me. Several times i have given my license information and they still refuse to give me a discount. They tell me it is a computer glitch. This company is awful. Right down to selling bags to even carry your stuff in. I will not be returning and hope others will be wary of their deceitful practices!

Used my rewards, placed my online order, many items were no longer available, that were promised to be delivered and my rewards applied, then sent an email no longer available and the items that were available I could not use my rewards on????I am so fed up with Sally’s BS and acting like they’re giving you something and then taking it back. Thank you but no thank you

My mum brought me the large S-PRO circular hair brush for my birthday in black. It was recommended by the store clerk. It is the most awful brush I have ever used. Cheap plastic crap. It is not grippy so useless for blowdrying and my hair gets caught and snapps in the plastic bristles. What a sad birthday present. I strongly recommend Sally to review this product and replace with a better alternative.

NOT GOOD HAIR CLIPPERS. IT BROKE DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF ME CUTTING MY CUSTOMER HAIR. VERY UNHAPPY. CANT RETURN. 100$ DOWN THE DRAIN. VERY MAD.

I am a Stylist I bought a pair of clippers Went to use them on my customer at the salon I work at they broke mid haircut I had to try and return my clippers combo they would not take them back even though I had the receipt they said it had to be in its original original packaging like OK but the girl told me that as long as I had my receipt I should be fine so now I’m just out $80 and up shiz creek with no income because I have to buy a new pair of clippers then they like you need to call the manufacturer but I don’t see that on the receipt though will never shop there again I spent damn near 200.00 dollars

I went in to Sally’s on 01/22/21 at store #3643, and wow ! I was so impressed of the ladies exceptional customer service , when I walked in I had one of the ladies welcome me and then another lady as I walked to the hair color aisle asked if I needed help , all of them had this big welcoming smile, loved it, I felt so welcomed and comfortable, I usually go to the store across town and they ain’t even close to these awesome ladies, their not rude but very dry customer service, like a forceful smile and attitude. Kudos to store #3643!
