The whole row of shower caps had the wrong pricing and they wouldn’t honour the listed price on the tags. I won’t be going back there.

The company's website, and customer service centers are poorly run. My bank is currently disputing a transaction with them because they sent my items to an address that isn't associated with my Sally Beauty online account.

I bought Gelish gel colours for £110 and all of them were old, separated and did not cure under their own lamp. Every time I go to get gel polishes from Sally’s they’re problematic…Everything is so much more expensive than on the brand website as well🤯 I will defo not buy from there again

I just want to put this here because all the negative reviews are not my experience. I bought some wellakoleston x2 they were despatched the same day arrived the next. Because ide never shopped with sally before I was worried i had done something irrational and not checked trust pilot first! Then I rushed to trust pilot and saw all the results I thought well that’s that then!, I’ve been ripped off!! it’s all a scam. Well I’m here to tell you it’s not. The website is completely legit and I will be using it again for the future for hair supplies. Couldn’t fault them. So don’t worry about the negative reviews here, it isn’t a scam it’s a legit business here in the uk and they send your items ( if I’m stock) next day by DPD. All tracked. I think make sure you select a store close to your area and then put in you want delivery not collection! As I saw a review with someone saying their order was with customs?! Make sure you are on a uk site that has a local store for pick up near your area and then rather than pick up in store select delivery. I can’t see you going wrong that way.

what a disaster this company I spent over £80.00, which is a lot for me, most unhelpful didn't help when I didn't receive my goods DPD were no better sent me some random photograph which wasn't the delivery address I will fight them for my money even if I have to sue them

Today,Sunday ,September,24,I called Sally's beauty supplies store, to find out, if have black eye pencil, brand name PALLADIO. The girl, Jasmin, asked me if i prefer her to put the pencil on a side, and she did put 2 of them, I agree to buy 2.When I came to the store, there was another girl ,Olivia.Would like to let the Manager know, that these 2 absolutely wonderful, professional girls, deserve a some kind of a gift.
