Awful place. I bought hair dye they sent the wrong colour. Now they want to charge me £6 to return. They were rude on the phone. Would never use again. P!ss poor service 👎👎👎👎👎

Changed my phone but kept the same number. Tried to log on to access my money and the screen said I had to go to the website to continue this. went to the website and screen says to go back to my phone. Groundhog day ensued. Thee is no phone number for contact just an email address. Received conformation that query was received and that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. It's now 35 hours and still no help. so I'm unable to access my funds. Will be emptying my account when this finally gets fixed.

Been using sallys for my products for 20 years , unfortunately after covid they got rid of vat free for trade , that was a big blow , the offers they now offer are no where near as good ! Plus the prices are going threw the roof , so after being loyal for so many years , feel let down by the company and have for the first time seeked other suppliers , I highly recommend chris &sons , amazing company, cheaper and you earn points for orders, that you can use on following orders to bring the price down . Massive difference with this company

Bought GHD Platinum Straightener. Deliver within 24 hours. 24/04 Item ordered 25/04 Item delivered. I try the item for les than 5 minutes to see if's work or not (it's not working for semi thick hair unfortunately) it doesn't straighten my hair as I expected. However, Sally Beauty refuse to accept my request to return the item despite of the reason. Don't buy anything if you don't want experience the same thing like me. Spent nearly £200 for nothing

Dicen... Que si no estás satisfecho con el producto que adquiriste, se te hace cambio o devolución, siempre y cuando se entregue en óptimas condiciones... Acudí a hacer la devolución y me dicen que no procede aunque el producto tiene 6 días de compra... Que solo procede por garantía si el producto no sirve

I purchased a pair of scissors and thinner last 2 months from Sally beauty. The THINNER is not working properly after only 2 months using, I went to the store and request to exchange for me, they told me sorry we cant exchange the items after 2 months, There is no warranty and return policy, we can exchange or return the items after 30 days. I paid for the thinner $145+tax and now is garbage. I never purchase again from Sally Beauty.

Mazzi @ Marysville, WA store was absolutely phenomenal! She looked up my previous purchases to see if I had purchased an item previously, she carefully explained how each product's chemical reaction may benefit my hair with instructions. Mazzi was very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (more so than may chemist!). I am gobsmacked impressed! I love this store!
