I ordered online from this store for the first time ever. They did not ship my order. After 2 weeks, I emailed them to ask for shipping info, and they sent me a tracking number that said a label had been created. Tracking didn't move beyond that point. One month has now passed. They didn't send me any of the items, and have stopped replying to emails. I had to charge back through my credit card for the first and only time in my life. I will never shop this company again. Extremely unprofessional and not trust worthy.

I would give them a ZERO Bloomfield NJ location. I bought a product, not even a week later I returned the product with a receipt. They said it's company policy, they can't return the price I paid, instead they gave me the lowest selling price. I purchased the product, not on sale. When I returned the product, it was not on sale. The manager knows this. This store should be shut down for how they play dirty with its customers.

My Sally Beauty @ Avon Common / North Olmsted and Westgatr Mall deserves a 5 star rating every day . I don’t remember all the names but Ashley and her team members Arianna , Maggie’s and rest of the Team needs a big shout out ! Last But Not Least , The 1-866- 234-9442 Customer service rep, who took my call today in less then 2 minutes and listened to a loyal customer and solved my issues in less then 5 minute is all part of a well trained Customer Service Team . I can’t live without my Sally Beauty Supplies, wherever I am .5 stars all around . Namaste for brightening up an otherwise miserable, frustrating day ! Gid Bless America 🇺🇸

Excellent knowledge and Customer Services in Guildford store. So refreshing to have staff who are helpful and engage with you as soon as you enter the store, and have knowledge of the products they stock. Why can’t every shopping experience be like this! Well done ladies.

Based on today’s experience avoid this shop at all costs, even if it seems a good deal. My recent experience of Sally beauty in the uk leads me to feel they are very dishonest and deceitful organisation. The staff are rude and dismissive, hiding behind T&Cs which are not statutory compliant, using clauses buried 70-80 lines down in legal nonsense to justify their unlawful position. They do not appear to have any basic understanding of the legal rights of the customer with regard to online trading, although the amounts involved make it hard to justify taking formal action against them. Their modus operandi seems to be little and often skim from customers. Check out more professional retailers before buying or at least pay with a credit card so that you have maximum protection in case you need to return something within your statutory rights.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sally Beauty Supply recently. I encountered an extremely rude employee who refused to check me out. Despite waiting in line patiently, the employee completely ignored me and acted like I wasn’t even there. When I asked for help, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for a while, but after this experience, I won’t be shopping at Sally Beauty again. I'll be taking my business to Ulta Beauty, where customer service is far superior.
