I purchased a curling iron on line. Took 2 1/2 weeks to receive it…. Once I finally got it took it out of the package and the handle was so sticky my hand got stuck to it. I have no idea what was on it. I’m guessing that’s why it was on clearance.. I tried to process a refund on my own online and couldn’t do it because for some reason the order number didn’t match my ZIP Code so I had to call it took me three phone calls and five hours of my time to finally get a refund shipping label emailed to me. I sent my refund out immediately and it is now three weeks later and I still don’t have my refund in my bank account. I will never buy a thing from Sally again.

I made online order at sallys website at 28th of November 2024, for a shaver and after making payment, notice came on screen saying the payment didn't go through, and at this point I've tried to order again. Few hours later I checked my account and I noticed I've been charged twice for two orders. I've telephoned to Sallys straightaway and I cancelled one and I've asked for refund. I've been told once they receive the order from delivery company they will refund me. I've telephoned them again few day later and they confirmed that they have the shaver. Today is 12th of December and I still didn't get refund. I've telephoned to sallys and I've been told it takes up to 14 working days to get refund. It is absolutely Scam. This company do investment on people's money and they make you wait for 3 weeks to get refund. Scamers. Cheaters, bunch of thives.

Does every store have a manager? NO... and the rest of the staff have very poor PERSONAL ABILITIES, let alone good customer service. They will resolve NOTHING for you. OH!! And don't ask whether they can send feedback up-the-line to improve anything, or whether you can have some paper to leave a note for a manager, who may come in later. THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE TO HAVE YOU REMOVED. *** CAUTION *** In Green Bay, WI -- watch out for the Lime Kiln store. Knowledgeable staff are not there. A store clerk told me they don't have hair bleaching kits. But how many did they really have? About a dozen. She didn't know her way around her own store, and misadvised everyone else who came in too. The Bay Park Mall store is never properly stocked. *** CAUTION *** In Appleton, WI at the Mutual Way (or Integrity Way) store, if you like witchy women and pentagrams, this is the place for you... and hopefully you will also enjoy the rude attitudes that accompany that kind. SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY CURRENTLY HAS A LOW TrustPilot RATE FOR VERY GOOD REASONS... BECAUSE THEIR STAFF ARE UNEDUCATED (even about basic things), AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. Very sweet lady behind the till but realise now I should have done my homework re prices. SO expensive! Shop around ladies! Won't be going back!

Went to Sally beauty today to buy a cordless Wahl detailer. They tried charging me over £160! Luckily I declined at the till as everything is priced different than what you pay at the tills. Looked online and found them for £100. Rip off

Called in today to get some nail tip cutters, got some for about £11, came home done 2 nails & they broke. Will be returning tomorra for a refund. My old pair from there about 15 yrs, were really good & I have lost them somewhere. These were rubbish & flimsy. The 2 ladies in shop were polite.

Honest opinion. Let’s start with the PROS Typical full stock of items needed Great loyalty account Website layout is perfect CONS don’t get too invested in your supply order bc website eventually will Error stating too many requests, it’s heavily glitchy, try to “X” page will slow load and take to cart anyway. It’s been slow, glitchy, for 4 years now and I expected with all the updates sally would fix this issue. They used to state it was due to large demand on site, concerning issue due to sally beauty supply declining use, and as well as sites with more activity run better (I’ve done coding and site set up before) I’ve been trying to view my cart for an hour and a half, I needed to edit something I added two off. I can’t even pay and check out because this site. I hate going into the store when I know what I need already. My cart is at $300 5/6 years ago I always ordered and never had issues now for the last year I likely don’t order from sally bs due to the issue in even viewing cart to check out without an error… sucks. Thankfully there’s other sites I can use especially when I need to get an order done that night. I dont have time for the lag. Fixing the site would increase spending. Would legit use sally bs if the site worked… My loyalty account is under a different email

I am writing on behalf of my friend who visited the Sallys store on Union Street Glasgow following a serious car accident which occurred outside the store. My friend is newly trained in the medical field so decided to help the 3 injured people at the incident. Her and other nurses who had stopped agreed towels were needed for the injuries and she ran into sallys asking for towels to try stop the bleeding until the emergency services arrived. when she got the towels and ran outside a member of staff began shouting at her to com back and pay for them. she explained this was a serious emergency where peoples lives were at risk and the same staff member told her how she better come back and pay for them. she did return, and was charged £20. the principle is not the money but the fact sallys staff, being aware of an incident right beside the store, were not willing to assist in any way to help - even by giving some towels! utterly disgusted and would never stop here again, and will discourage others from doing so also.
