A technician came right away and set up all the contacts . Explained how to use the control panel and how to call for emergencies. Left a pamphlet with phone number and other information. The technicians were polite and answered all our questions.

Really no different than other diy surveillance system, just more stuff in this system. Thought it was Brinks but it's safe home direct. Seems over priced. Would recommend using diy cameras. Sale reps need to understand complete system, installation and use, there was some misinformation. Thought would be good for seniors but it's driving to crazy so they really don't use it.

Great job by an experienced team. I would highly recommend them.

Our sales representative River was so friendly and patient in answering our questions and concerns. Sam the service technician for the alarm systems was also friendly and patient in answering the questions.

Me cambie a esta compañía pensando que era una opción más segura para mi familia pero no el servicio deja mucho que decear cada vez que quiero conectarme para saber quien toca el timbre de mi casa nunca se puede conectar, cuando salgo fuera y quiero ver que pasa en casa tampoco puedo ver ninguna imagen por que no se conecta, cuando quiero activar la puerta para que se ponga seguro no se puede nunca se conecta , cuando tocan el timbre en casa por que llega paquetes me llega la notificación retrasada cuando se activa la alarma por error nunca recivo una llamada del servicio avisándome lo que paso en verdad estoy muy decepcionada cambie de una compañía mala a una peor .

Changing service from our previous company was the best thing that could’ve happened this year. Jay was very polite and answered all of the questions we had for him. Unlike other sales representatives that can pressure and coerce he was open ended and laid out all of our options. We felt very comfortable with him and the technician, Blake. We got our bill lowered, had new equipment installed, and were given discounted months to cover the remainder of the contract we had with our other HORRIBLE company (Northstar). I would highly recommend anyone interested in getting out of bad contracts with their other companies to reach out to Safehome. We are very happy!
