The salesperson I was not very impressed with him. Technician I was very impressed with the installation and the explanation of the functions of the service. Much more pleasant to talk to.

The sales rep, Joe, explained everything thoroughly; did not pressure us but answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgable and efficient. The person that came to install the equipment, Erik, was also very knowledgable, was able to quickly install all of our equipment and was very patient in explaining how to use the equipment. And, all in the same day!

The guys that came out was some of friendliest people. They explained everything as they went along and afterwards showed us how to work everything.
