Joe was courteous and personable as well as a good salesman. Got right to the point and didn't "B S" us. Also, Kenny, the installer, got right to work, was very professional and proficient. Made his job look easy.

We were not asked where we wanted the camera and door sensors placed. Also, the technician did not explain how to interact with the system.

Sales and tech service guys were great! We did have a misunderstanding of the terms of contract for prior carrier Northstar, which put me process of early termination fee for breaking contract. The issue was resolved. Also, I have never received the Safe Home yard sign as promised: Northstar sign is still in my yard!
