Finding a therapist it too hard, even with all the filters it still shows therapist that are not available for appointments soon

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. I really think this place is a scam. Even though I added my insurance information on the site they still charged me $150 THREE separate times. They never sent my money back and my credit balance of $230 disappeared. I've called dozens of times and I'm told they don't have direct lines or emails to billing. They say billing will contact me (more than 5 times) and NEVER have been contacted back. They don't even transfer me to a manager claiming they don't have a direct line either. SCAM! I'm out hundreds of dollars and when they were having technical issues with their Zoom, the therapist did a phone session but for 23 minutes and I was still charged my $35 co pay for not even HALF a session. I asked her why it was such a short session and NEVER got a response back (of course). The fact that billing never reached out nor has a manager reached out to me regarding my missing credit is nothing short of a scam. I do not recommend this place and stay far from them unless you like your money taken and cant speak to any billing department or manager.

Easy to get on the telehealth appointment & great therapist.

Easy to use interface and great therapist.

So upset! My daughter finally reached out (she's 19 and has to do this on her own) for a therapist and tried TWICE to do an online appointment and both times the therapist failed to show up! Do you have any idea how distressing that is for someone who finally has reached out?

I am unable to make appointments with my therapist. There is no place in the appointment tab to schedule, and also no where to leave comments, or message IT or someone to help with that.

Really like the ease of making appts And most importantly I really like my therapist Irene Chow!!!

Very easy to use and I was able to see a therapist within a week and I like him a lot. Also, not having to personally deal with insurance is amazing. I just pay Rula my copay and that's it. For someone who's put off getting help for so long because I thought it would be arduous, Rula has been a lifesaver.
