Signed up with Rula on a Sunday and had a therapist picked out for me by Wednesday, first video session went fine and she actually listened. My insurance covered most of it which was the part I was worried about.

Rula is easy to use, very simple to find and set up care with a provider. Customer service is also very helpful.

Rula is an online platform for mental health therapy. I was connected with an amazing therapist who has helped me start to understand myself and why I am the way I am. I am 44 and after all these years of living, have become better equipped in dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, unexpected emotional responses, and much more. The platform itself is simple and I've never had trouble connecting with my therapist for our sessions. Another thing I appreciate about Rula is that, once established with my therapist, we were able to change our meeting schedule as it fit my needs, so we now meet every other week. Other platforms had me obligated to see the therapist every week or I'd lose my scheduled time.

The app is so easy to navigate and makes amazing recommendations based on your preferences. I’ve already recommended it to more than one person.

So far I had one visit and it went great. I was able to be relax for ones and get off everything about myself off my chest and mind. To keep going.

With the help with, my therapist, I have made great progress in dealing with my issues. For the first time years and feeling completely optimistic about the future. Having just started a new kind of therapy, I’m excited about learning how to use it to further my progress so I can have a stable emotional life.

Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Okada my life has improved like I never thought it would. 40 some odd years of therapy and therapist that visibly looked like they didn’t care or wanted to be there for that matter. So I great to mistrust any of them. One therapist before her did a great job and he is going to make a good name for himself out there, but he truthfully told me that what’s I was going through needed more than he was able to provide in out meetings. Then I met with Dr. Okada. The first meeting, the meet and greet one, I went in sour and bored thinking I’ll get another therapist just there to collect paycheck and go home at 5. No. Wishing the first 10 minutes I relaxed and the bond between us started. She made me feel at ease and that I could say anything I wanted without judgement. Some in my past did t say it but facial expressions whisper real loud. I’ve been seeing her for just under 2 years now. And when I say if it were not for her it would not be writing this review at this time. There is no light under ground. I’ve recommended Rula to numerous people and some actually fired their current therapist after signing up with Rula. I don’t know who they are seeing but apparently they stayed with them as I’ve not heard anything negative about Rula or the therapist. If anyone reading this needs help…. Please for the love of all things good on earth, get in line and start typing out those 4 letters and begin a clearer road to better mental health. Dr. Okada is by far the best I’ve ever seen and won’t miss an appointment with her. All my other doctors come second to her. I schedule anything g around our time weekly. That, for me, says something. It’s like eating Doritos. You can’t have just one. And Dr. Okada makes Me look forward to therepy. She is better than any drug I’ve been put in to see if it sticks. Rula. ….. thank you for having her in your platform. Without her, my family’s lives would be vastly different.
