The website is a mess after the name change. No information was requested, and my phone number was not recognized preventing me from logging in. Had to wait hours for an automated email. Then appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice for a vulnerable teenager. Admin and IT are a mess. Stay away until they get their house in order.

Easy co-pay, and they take most insurances. Great therapists!

I scheduled an appointment with Arturo Trujillo a week ago. I join the telehealth appointment on time and wait 15 minutes for him to join. I called into Rula and they reached out to him. He told them he wasn’t accepting new patients but didn’t have the courtesy or professionalism to cancel the appointment in advance. Rula did not do anything about it.
