Easy to choose a therapist. I was able to schedule my first appointment quickly. Following appointments were pre-set. Zoom meetings were easy to connect. My therapist was GREAT. She was very insightful, understanding and was able to help us through a rocky time.

I used Rula for about a month and they tripled the price of my service without telling me. My provider only charges $40 and Rula, without telling me about this change, started charging my $150 even though my therapist is not getting that money and does not even charge that high of a price. Furthermore, their customer service plays a game with hot potato with you, passing you around to different sections who all ultimately cannot help you.

Easy to use and efficient

My therapist is a Christian which made me feel very comfortable as she was relatable and understood my heart. she was patient and kind and helped me to see things about myself from a different perspective.
