Using RULA is easy, and when you or someone else who is going through mental pain or struggles, taking the complication out of getting care is an overlooked essential to whether or not someone seeks the care they need. What I am saying is that if getting care is complicated in anyway it discourages people from getting the care that they need. RULA is not complicated.

The app works well and I really enjoy the ease of scheduling appointments by being able to view my provider's schedule.

I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Rula. The ease of use is great. If you aren’t 100% sold on the person you choose it is very easy to go in and make a change. All the counselors have very detailed descriptions of their background. Three also have photos which helps if you are a visual person. If something doesn’t feel like it’s meshing it is easy to cancel appointments and lock a new person. The person I’m currently working with is amazing, I believe we are a great match. Counselors have flexible schedules which is a plus.

I called needing a female therapist and was able to get an appointment very quickly. I also appreciate how attentive my therapist is to my concerns. She has helped me tremendously and we've only had a couple of sessions! Thank you all!

Awesome therapist

The process to find a therapist was very simple. I am very happy with the therapist I selected. The appointment reminders and automatic billing make the process so simple.
