Good customer service . The providers are very helpful and very clear with plan of care. The only flaws is the billing, which they automatically saved your data, collect payment without verifying, no options to just pay on your own pace.

There are a lot of qualified therapist to choose from, with experience in various forms of therapy modalities. I love the therapist I have and would highly recommend her to my friends.

The choices for therapists to suit my specific needs were extensive and Troy was wonderful. I got a time that would best fit my schedule and they accepted my insurance from Florida. I couldn't be happier!

False Advertising: I wasted an hour trying to find a Therapist only to be told twice they accept Medicare. They don't even though their site and web search says they do.

This is the portal for my sessions with my therapist. It works well, it's easy to contact her, and I love that I get multiple reminders as each session is approaching. Communication is easy enough and secure.

My therapist through Rula has been a perfect fit for me. Not only is rula so easy to use to schedule and join appointments, it was so easy for me to look through several therapist’s profiles and pick one that would match best with my mental health needs. I have made such a great connection with my therapist and can only see my mental health continuing to improve in the future!
