I really like working with my therapist

I had been searching for a new therapist through my insurance referral system for several months without much success. Then, I decided to give Amazon Medical a try after seeing that they advertised I might be able to find a provider under my insurance. So I filled out the form and there was a great therapist who ticked off all my boxes and was in-network with my insurance. Awesome!

Coverage isn't very good. Psychiatrist I was seeing was very pleasant and informative but Rula's system worked against us the entire time. I was his first client through Rula and it was difficult for him to get assistance using their programs. The billing process is also extremely slow and the website Rula uses for this is vague and provides no information for the bills in question. Getting medications filled was also a hassle and the messaging system for speaking with providers outside of telehealth apts was atrocious. Will not be using Rula again.

I love our therapist she is so patient with my son. Treats us both with such kindness and respect and she is very gifted at what she does. She gets him to open up and share so much! Thank you so much!

The information about therapists on the site is very helpful and complete. I was able to find therapist who has been extremely good at helping me understand the source of my problems and changing my behavior.
