What I have learn attending Rula classes is "Nothing is perfect in life, but how you approach the situation and try to fix it is what makes it perfect" and also, "Never compare yourself to anyone we are all different and we all have different journey in life." That's what I have learn with Rula.

This company was incredibly understanding with me after I missed an appointment due to a time zone misunderstanding. It being right before christmas, I reached out asking about a payment plan and was met with a quick and friendly response telling me theyd waived my fee as a one time thing and it brought me to tears- they really care about helping people here. Not to mention ive found the best therapist through this platform, someone who understands me, makes me feel comfortable, and encourages me.
